GROW — Developing the Leader Within

In this teaching, Gabbi discusses the importance of continuing to grow, not just as leaders but as individuals.

Using her own personal stories and struggles, Gabbi talks about how she has learned the vitalness of this truth and shares practical tools for how you can continue to develop. Because the fact of the matter is that when any organization, business, or endeavor you have your hand in stops growing, it starts dying. And the reason it starts dying is because you, yourself, stopped growing.

Through this teaching, people will leave equipped with tools and inspired to push through busyness and begin developing themselves as individuals and leaders.

Gabbi shares her personal story and struggles with following Jesus, how He brought her to a new realization of what following Him looks like, and how our lives and relationships can be transformed when we accept the invitation He extends to connect with Him on a consistent basis.

Through this message, people will walk away with an understanding of how spending time with Jesus affects every other relationship in our lives (from coworkers to marriage to kids to family to friends), feeling inspired to connect consistently with Jesus in a personal way with the aim of simply getting to know Him, and equipped with a new mindset of how to approach their time with Jesus, so that it becomes a habit that they enjoy and not a task they begrudgingly check off the list.

PROM PREP

Prom Prep is a national campaign that was created in 2017 in order to reach out to the girls in the community and get to know them. Gabbi and her team simply wanted to find a fun way to help the next generation of women see their own beauty and worth and to let them know that they are here and they are for them. 

With the vision to empower the next generation of women to know their worth, Gabbi’s team has created toolkits so that organizations across the country can get outside of their walls and bring Prom Prep to the girls in their cities!

This has been an incredible way to link arms with businesses, schools, and organizations within a community and has sparked confidence and empowerment to the young women who attend.
